EXCHANGE & RETURN
AI ROSHELLE LLC has prepared this Refund & Return Policy to describe our practices regarding the ways you can request a refund, a return, or a product change, if applicable.
You have 12 hours after placing the order to make related requests, such as editing the size or even canceling the order. Exchange or replacement is only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items. For other cases, such as wrong sizes or styles due to the customer's incorrect choice, if you want to order a replacement, we will support you by offering a 20% discount code (excluding the shipping fee). We thank you so much for your understanding and co-operation.
Our policy is valid for 30 days after signing for express delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We offer returns on any products that you may buy, no matter the quantity.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have indeed received the wrong sizes or styles against your order, first and foremost, we want to apologize for such inconvenience. We will provide you with the return address once you get in touch with us through appropriate channels, and we will be very happy to replace the items as per your request. Please note that customers will have to pay the shipping fee for sending items back to our warehouse.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In case of damaged/defective items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process it and automatically issue the refund to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us through suitable means.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange an item for the same one for reasons other than damage or defect, please reach out to us through proper channels, and we will handle it according to our policy.
